COSTS FOR THE HIRE OF THE HALL
Rates apply for set-up, function and clean-up time following the event. Included in the hire rates are 120 chairs, 20 fold-out tables, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern sound and lighting system. A separate supper room is included in the hire price. Optional use of outdoor area. All other equipment must be brought in by the hirer with the permission of the owners and must comply with safety, health and noise regulations.
Fully refundable as long as premises are left as delivered. Cleaning costs will be deducted from bond if premises are not left satisfactory.
The hall’s main auditorium with a stage, comfortably seats 150 theatre-style and 160 restaurant-style, plus an adjoining supper room and a servery/kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with direct access to outside areas for catering vans.
Backstage dressing rooms are available.
COSTS FOR THE HIRE OF EXTRA ITEMS
Additional chairs are available for hire.
The Hall Committee can provide light refreshments.
The Royal Hotel Woodstock has a courtesy bus available for use.
Or alternatively nearby Cowra has larger buses available for hire.
